CRM automation · GoHighLevel · WordPress

Your leads aren't cold. Your follow-up is manual.

Most service businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a gap between a lead arriving and someone answering it. I close that gap with a CRM that texts back, tags the source and moves the deal itself.

Where the money goes

What a broken follow-up system feels like on a Tuesday

The call that came in at 7pm

Someone rings after hours. It goes to voicemail, nobody plays it back, and by the time your team opens the office that caller has booked with the next company on the list.

The quote nobody chased

You sent the number a fortnight ago. Following up is a person's job, not a trigger's, so the deal sits in the same stage until someone scrolls past it on a Friday.

The CRM nobody updates

Half the deals live in the CRM, half live in someone's phone. At the end of the month you can't say which lead source paid for itself, so you guess.

What I do

Three things, done properly

All three in detail

01

CRM + AI automation setup

Your CRM should chase leads without anyone remembering to. I set up the pipeline, the triggers and an AI responder that answers first contact at 11pm and books the call.

  • Missed-call text-back
  • Lead routing by source
  • No-show recovery sequences

02

GoHighLevel implementation

Full builds and rescues of accounts someone else half-finished. Sub-accounts, snapshots, calendars, two-way SMS and a tagging scheme you can still read in six months.

  • Snapshot builds
  • Account rescues
  • Team training and runbook

03

WordPress development

A site that loads fast and hands every submission straight to the CRM with the lead source attached. No plugin pile, no form entries sitting in a shared inbox.

  • Form-to-CRM webhooks
  • Speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Landing pages that convert

How the work runs

Four steps, no discovery theatre

  1. Week 1

    Audit

I go through every route a lead takes into your business: calls, forms, DMs, referrals. Then I mark where each one dies.

  2. Week 1-2

    Map

You get a one-page diagram of the pipeline stages, tags and triggers before anything is built. You approve it or we change it.

  3. Week 2-5

    Build

Missed-call text-back, lead routing, drip sequences, calendar and reminders, built in your account and tested with live leads.

  4. Final week

    Handover

A walkthrough with the people using it, a one-page runbook, and the snapshot exported so the system belongs to you.

A minute on how I work

Short intro: who I build for, what I fix first, and what you get at handover. If it sounds like your setup, book a call.

Who you'll be working with

One person, start to finish

I spent years watching good businesses lose work because a form went to an inbox nobody read. I build the follow-up system I wanted them to have: every lead tagged, every stage moved by a trigger, nothing waiting on someone's memory. You deal with me the whole way. No account manager, no handoff to a junior.

Tell me where the leads are leaking

Thirty minutes. We go through how a lead reaches you today, I point at the gaps and tell you what I'd build first. You get the map either way, and there's no pitch at the end.
